1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

  2. Mention your order number and the reason for return.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the process and share the return shipping address.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval or rejection of your return.

3. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please mention this in your return email.

  • Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned and verified.

  • If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund as per your preference.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue through photos or inspection.
